Can I put brembo brake pads in standard audi calipers?

I have a 2004 Audi A4 1.8 T Quattro Avant and it tells me that it needs new brake pads. I was hoping to buy some Brembo pads. However, will the brembo pads fit into the standart Audi calipers. Obviously i dont want to buy pads that dont fit. Any help please! Can I put brembo brake pads in standard audi calipers?Yes - the Brembos will fit... but why do you specifically want the Brembos? There are various brands of brake pads that work well with the A4 - and may be cheaper than the Brembos. Some that I've had experience with: Hawk, Porterfield, Padgid, EBC.Can I put brembo brake pads in standard audi calipers?
I'm not sure if Brembo makes oem size brake pads. I'd use Wagner thermo quiet ceramic pads and don't forget to replace the rotors or you will get brake fade which is probably why you are asking about the Brembo's in the first place. The Wherever rotors at Advance Auto work well and I have had no warpage issues in any of the numerous brake jobs I have done for my customers. Can I put brembo brake pads in standard audi calipers? If your in UK you can buy Brembo discs quite cheaply at GSF (German,Swedish and French) I have just fitted the same to my Golf. Front and rear discs and Textar front pads came to 拢98.The Textar are a very respected Brand. Can I put brembo brake pads in standard audi calipers?
pagid are as good as any , you do not necessarily want brembo for road use as they can be a hard pad that needs to be warmed up before they perform 100% a softer road pad would be better, do not skim the rotors it can mess up the ABSCan I put brembo brake pads in standard audi calipers?Brembo doesn't make oem caliper brake pads for non brembo calipers. So if the car shipped with brembo brakes (which it didn't) then you can buy pads for that car from brembo. Not that brembo pads are any better than ebc or hawk.
