Is it possible to hook up an mp3 player to an Audi Concert stereo system?

Rather than take loads of cds with me, I want to use an Zen / iPod type device. Has anyone done this? I have a standard factory fitted Audi "Concert" Stereo. If so, please can you tell me what I need to do/buy. It's not wireless.

It feeds your audio signal from a headphone jack ( or RCA cables) by FM modulation, directly into the antenna input on your radio bypassing the antenna when on, allowing the radio to work as normal when off. It comes with an On/Off switch.

There are small radio transmitters which you hook to the output of your player, and it will play through the FM section of your car FM stereo.
