I need to write a formal complaint and do not want to send to regular customer relations. I prefer to send it all the way to the top.What is the name and mailing address of the President and CEO for BMW of North America?The problem with addressing it to the guy at the top is that he'll never see it. I work in the corporate office for a large retail company and I can tell you that the executives mail gets opened by their admin assistants and stuff like complaint letters gets forwarded to the correct person in the organization. The guy at the top will never see it. It's probably better to send it to the boss of whomever gave you the bad service.
