For a date, which is better Chicago pizza? Gino's East or Giordano's?

I'm taking my wife out on a date and I really want to show her what pizza is about. So which is better overall and how much should expect to pay?

Thanks guys :-)For a date, which is better Chicago pizza? Gino's East or Giordano's?
I prefer Giordano's. Their deep dish is great! You can probably get a pizza for around $20 depending on the toppings.
Like I wrote before, if you want a deep dish pizza Gino's East is your choice. Giordano's makes a stuffed pizza that is very good but it's not a Chicago deep dish pie.

The bill would depend on you and how many people are going to eat. Calculate your cost by using the menu below:

BUT

Why not go to the place where the deep dish pie first appeared? Both Lou Malnati and Gino's East recipes are direct copies of the original. Lou worked there and Gino had so many cab rides to the place that he checked it out and gave up driving a taxi. The original Pizzeria Uno and Pizzeria Due stiil make pizza the same way. These 2 places are usually crowded so don't expect a 30 min. meal:

Gino's East, hands down. This is the one thing I miss more than anything since moving to the UK. Been to Gino's more than a few times and it is always delicious. Check out the menus below and compare for yourself.
Some of the best pizza places in Chicago are Great Lake (rated the best pizza in America), Piece, Spaca Napoli, Antica.
