What pizzeria has the best pie in Chicago?

Give an answer for both Chicago Deep Dish (stuffed) and Chicago-style thin or double dough.

Rosatis? Giordanos? Aurelios? Home Run Inn? Ginos East? Lou Malnatis? Unos? Nancys? Connies? What pizzeria has the best pie in Chicago?
Giordano's for deep dish. The cheese is perfectly stringy, and the crust is buttery and soft. Which is all nicely accentuated by the slightly sweet sauce. Absolutely perfect.

For thin, I'd say Home Run Inn or one you didn't mention - Crust.

Their off-beat toppings make them a standout - that and they brew their beer in-house.

Giordanos for stuffed.

Rosatis for both thin and double dough.

I'm in the Giordanos camp. Right behind it I'd put Gino's East, followed by Lou Malnati's. These are for Deep Dish.

Nancy's and Connies are really good regular. Aurelios is in there for me as well, but has been on the greasy side. Giordano's and Gino's East do a good job here too, but since they're tops in the Deep Dish, I'll disqualify them.

I guess I'd go with Nancy's for regular/thin. But can you really go wrong with any of them?
Lou Malnatis all the way!!!
Deep Dish:

Pizzeria Uno @ 29 East Ohio....this is the first location and has been there about 60 yrs. The chain store spin-offs have average pies.

2nd place goes to its brother...Pizzeria Due North Wabash Ave.

Thin:

Lou Malnati...any of the chain locations. Better known for the copy cat deep dish, I prefer the thin version and double crust versions.
