Gino's pizza is a great pizza place to go to if you like Chicago style pizza. Everyone in Chicago has a different opinion on were the best pizza places are. My top 5 Favorites Are, Pizzeria Uno, Gino's East, Connie鈥檚, Giordano鈥檚, and even though they don鈥檛 sell deep dish home run inn.

If you are worried about the time on the pizza, that鈥檚 no problem. You could call Gino's East and make a reservation. While making the reservation if you know what kind of pizza you want you could always just Pre-Order it, so when you sit down the wait for the pizza will be decreased.

As touring goes, take in a museum or three. Chicago has so many great and varied museums that it is hard to narrow it down to just one. The Field Museum is my pick for all around family fun. The permanent and special exhibits will interest the whole family. The Art Institute of Chicago will fill your eye and your soul. Prepare to spend the day in quiet peaceful contemplation. For young ones needing to run and explore, you shouldn't miss an afternoon at the Chicago Children's museum .The Museum has three floors of interactive exhibits sure to keep those busy hands occupied. Also there is the planetarium, Museum and science and industry and a few more. Also check out the shedaquirium.

Medieval Times also could be good to go out with your family and have a great time. If you like roller coaster, ECT. Check out six flags great America.

If you like animals, The Chicago land area has two zoos. The Brookfield Zoo, which is my favorite, and the Lincoln Park zoo. Lincoln Park zoo is free and more near downtown.

Check out the blue man group at the briar street theatre, the sox are home that weekend, go to Chinatown.

Finally a great place would be Navy Pier. You can go on a nice Ferris wheel, go on a cruise, such as the odyssey or majestic blue, or you can go on a fast speed boat known as the Sea Dawg. There is also An IMAX theatre there, and I believe the movie 300 will still be playing.

Hoped I helped you out

I have been to Gino's it's not bad but there is one pizza that I love more and I know you will like it 2 called Giordano's you can visit their web: http://www.giordanos.com/

You can see a lot on Michigan Avenue (Magnificent Mile)Thing To Do and See In Chicago?
Check out www.metromix.com. Site lists tons of things to do in Chicago. Search in the following areas......

If you're staying downtown....Grant Park, Loop, Greektown, River West, Cold Coast, Lincoln Park.

If you don't mind a 10 - 15 minute cab ride......West Loop, Bucktown, Lincoln Park, Wrigleyville,.

For pizza go to Gino's and wait. It's worth it.
Gino's East is great, but there's also Giordano's, Lou Malnati's, and the original, Pizzeria Uno. All deep dish pizzas take ~45min to an hour. The wait for a table depends on when you go. At dinner time, yes, but if you go mid-afternoon you can usually be seated right away.

As far as things to do, that particular weekend is Artropolis at the Merchandise Mart. It's 5 art fairs in one location (and the Mart's two blocks from a Lou Malnati's and 4 from Gino's East).

Other things to do include exploring Millennium Park, the Museum Campus (Adler Planetarium, Shedd Aquarium, and Field Museum), and Navy Pier. You can shop up and down Michigan Ave or State St.

If you want to take a tour there are SEVERAL options. A Segway tour takes 2 - 3 hours and gives you a good overview of downtown and the lakefront (plus they're cool to ride). Most of the boat tours don't start until mid-May, but there are some open at the end of April. There are walking tours by the Chicago Architectural Foundation, or you can be led by a volunteer with the free Chicago Greeter program.

I also recommend visiting the Signature Lounge in the Hancock Building. It's a floor above the observatory, so you get the view and can also get something to eat/drink.Thing To Do and See In Chicago?
Grab a burger at Billy Goat's (Sat. Night Live fame)

Dinner at Gino's East, worth the wait.
