What are some 'must-dos' while visitng downtown Chicago?

I'm going to Chicago for the weekend and need some ideas of what to do while I'm there. I'll be downtown the whole time, so whatever is downtown. :) I need to know the names of the BEST pizza places. I have already been to Gino's East %26amp; it was great!What are some 'must-dos' while visitng downtown Chicago?
Here's a few other thoughts for downtown locations, besides all of the others listed here.



Check out the Museum Campus and walk along Solidarity Drive towards the Adler Planetarium. It's the best photo location in the city and the cityscape views are spectacular.



Stop at Garrett's along State St or Michigan Ave and get some caramel corn. Better yet...get a bag of Chicago Mix...cheese corn and caramel corn. Mmmmmmm..



Check out the 5 or 10PM newscasts at Channel 7 studios on State Street. Wave when they do the street view shots during and at the end of the news.



Get a Rainbow Cone at Halsted Street Deli, across from Channel 7. Sit at the window and watch the city stroll by as you enjoy the cone.



Take a walk along the river walk along the south side of the Chicago River, from Wabash Ave out to the lake. You can then cross at the Lake Shore Drive bridge to Navy Pier, or walk through DuSable Harbor and around back towards downtown.



For pizza...check out Lou Malnati's.



Don't forget the Hancock Building. It's not the tallest building in the city, but it has the best views looking out over the lake, the beaches and the city.



On the way back downtown, stop at the Apple Store to check your email...and vote for your favorite suggestion here.



For burgers, diner food and some fun abuse from the staff, definately eat at Ed Debevic's on Wells Street.

Giordonos, if you like deep dish, and ed debevics if you like to eat at rude ornery places. navy pier, water tower place. and a hell of alot of museums.
