LAKERS-CAVS Lakers win 4-2

MAGIC-DENVER Orlando wins 4-3

Maverics-HAWKS this is very tough...but i do say that Dallas made great trade 4-3

UTAH-BOSTON well boston being ranked so low because of injuries...no contest 4-1

Oklhoma City-Chicago 4-1 Thunder...no gordon, no salmons, no more excuses needed

Phoenix-Bucks phoenix 4-0

SPURS-Charlotte Spurs 4-2 although charlotte has been pounding the elites...swept lakers last year 3-1 vs cavs this year...i say timmy gino tony and richard are a quardruplet team that id put 4 on 4 against any tieam in the league...when healthy...i mean yea..boston has 4 allstars, and magic do too, as well as lakers almost do...KG, Pierce, RAY, Rondo vs Howard, Lewis, Jameer, Vince Carter vs. Kobe, Gasol, Bynum, Artest, Odom(thats the problem, Lakers have 5 lol...who do u pick)thats why i have them beating the cavs

Portland-MIAMI - well im anxious to see how the camby deal goes...and if brandon roy gets back to superstart status...and if Miami gets off its ***...oneal, wade, beaslley, ALSTON...come one...im goin with HEAT, 4-3Who wins best of 7 series between same seed in different conference...meaning..Lakers-c鈥?Denver-Orlando.?

lakers v cavs - can be a 4-3 or 4-2 lakers win

orlando v denver - 4-1 denver wins

mavs v hawks - 4-0 dallas wins

utah v boston - 4-2 boston wins

okc v chicago - 4-1 okc wins

phx v bucks - 4-1 phoenix wins

spurs v charlotte - 4-2 spurs wins

portland v miami - 4-2 portland wins

btw, the only way lakers can beat cavs is if the centers step it up, especially bynum...Gasol as usual needs to be more assertive..artest is doing fine, great defense and can make those 3's..kobe is kobe and we will definitely need him to finish close games
johnsmith, you seem to be a Cavs fan.

Pau Gasol has missed something like 15 games. Ron Artest is still learning the triangle (players say it takes a long time before the offense is instinctual). Last but not least, Kobe Bryant is playing with several injuries most players would sit with. And yet the Lakers are just one game behind the Cavs, while the East is still weaker than the West.

I'd say the defending champs can take the Cavs 4-2.Who wins best of 7 series between same seed in different conference...meaning..Lakers-c鈥?Denver-Orlando.?
Well, judging by your history on the basketball board, you are clearly biased in favor of the Lakers, which is why you'd like to think it would be 4-2.

There is now way the Lakers would win a series 4-2 against a healthy Cavs team.

Fans of certain teams are usually so caught up in watching their own team that they don't see the problems with other teams. The fact is the Cavs have been battling big time injuries for about 6 weeks ( Delonte and Mo, their best shooters, were out for a month ), and now they are without Shaq AND big z for a while, as well as trying to get Antawn Jamison incorporated into the system.

But yet dispite all that's happened, the Cavs are STILL with the best record.

So, 4-2? No way ... I'll say this. If the Lakers have 4 home games, in games 1,2,6, and 7, the Lakers might win 4-3, this year.

... But, if the CAVS have the home games for games 1,2,6, and 7, the Cavs would most likely win the series this year, either 4-3 or possibly even 4-2. .. That's assuming that the Cavs are healthy at the time that those 2 teams play each other.
