Are all BMW motorcycle sales people and dealers rude snobs?

I went to the dealership in Fredricksburg, Va Mortons and the two sales people we dealt with were smarta*ses and the one was a di*k!Are all BMW motorcycle sales people and dealers rude snobs?Could be worse.............

The Harley ones are all that %26amp; they smell !Are all BMW motorcycle sales people and dealers rude snobs?
It depends if you are going to spend some big bucks they will kiss your *** over and over again until you come back with a problem. If you are just looking F U is the attitude. I know a first time MC owner that Bought a 27 grand Harley new and even bought a 32 dollar hat got the hat home and noticed a flaw in the embroidery went back the next day to exchange it and they would not do it. If you are looking to ride go buy a used Harley old new whatever take it apart start finding the aftermarket shops and get your stuff with them and be a real Motorcycle Person. These aftermarket shops will help you solve your problems because that's what they do. And you will get more respect too.Are all BMW motorcycle sales people and dealers rude snobs? Not only are the dealerships and the sales people snobs .. So are the riders .. I don't even talk to a beemer rider and yeah i ride a harley cause if and when they do break and all bikes does i can get parts for it .. but hey you ride what you like ...I prefer a American worker to get a paycheck from what this American buys .. the Trickle down deal really works no matter what you do for a living cause that blue collar worker has to buy what you are selling and if he don't have a job he don't buy it .........
I agree that they probably got the hunch you were there to compare not buy.

some auto dealers are simply stuck in the past and think it is still a sellers market. more than ever (because of the economy), it's a buyers market so this dealership may have to take a look at their business plan. Are all BMW motorcycle sales people and dealers rude snobs? The BMW dealer in my town isn't like that at all. They sell bmw, triumph and ducati. One of the friendliest dealerships I've been in.

If the employees acted that way towards you why don't you tell the management about their "attitude" towards a potential customer. If you can't tell them face to face then give them a call and tell them of your experience while you were in their dealership. Are all BMW motorcycle sales people and dealers rude snobs?
No. Bob's BMW in Jessup Maryland .They might even give you the "Nickle Tour". A nice little vintage bike museum type of thing going. Were were treated very nicely by Bob and his staff. I bought a the battery I was looking for, a couple of cool T shirts and was given a Complimentary hat. Bob likes his picture wall with his hat's on riders from all corners of the world. I live in Utah I go back east once or twice a year. If it can wait I will just get it from Bob's http://www.bobsbmw.com/
Its called dickheadnugen. Why does BMW inter-loaf in the motorcycle world anyway? They should stick with the cages. Are all BMW motorcycle sales people and dealers rude snobs?
Go to Hammersley's BMW in Lynchburg. Nice place with laid back staff and good prices. Where you there to buy or just waste their time?
Welcome to the wonderful world of BMW.

It's the same at the car dealers too.
I went to a Honda dealer like that once.
