Hi, i just bought a 99 audi A6, and i couldnt get the radio to work. does could anybody help me out?How can i turn on the radio in a 1999 audi a6 ?the 4 digit security code is usually on a sticker that is placed on the rear trunk lid (next to the vehicle ID sticker)....try the code "1111" because some dealers, if they buy it while the radio is locked, will have it changed to 1111....



which kind of radio do you have (bose? wiesbaden?)

It is an anti-theft device. You will have to go to your local Audi dealer and have them give you a unlocking code (specific to your radio).



Of course they may charge you for it - maybe it'll be cheaper to replace the radio. :-(How can i turn on the radio in a 1999 audi a6 ?Do you see SAFE or 1000 on the radio screen when switched on?
