How do you remove the radio from a 2004 BMW 325i?

Trying to determine how to remove the dash panel around the radio so I can get the radio out. Also, if anyone has input on replacing the on/off switch, please let me know. Thanks. How do you remove the radio from a 2004 BMW 325i?Radio is removed by removing the wood trim- CAREFULLY pry off the wood (or plastic) trim starting at the passenger side of the dash- work towards the radio. Insert a plastic wedge (or butter knife) under the edge of the trim- careful not to pry directly on the edge of the trim. Once the pass side is off- remove the trim around the radio (same method). Two phillips screws retain the radio. As far as the failing power /volume knob- you MAY be able to replace it- though I have never tried. Radio cover comes off easily. Per chance radio shack or an electronic store could repair it for you for a small fee.
