Car has a salvage title due to front end damage. Everything was fixed and the current owner has been driving it w/o any problems for 2 years. He wants $10,500. KBB is about $11k.

Nobody wants a BMW with over 50,000 miles on it. The repairs are outrageous and they start to run like crap. The resale on them are terrible too after they hit more than 100,000. I have owned three and I always get rid of it before it hits 50,000.
